I mean, saying "I have changed" doesn't seem like you changed much. And saying that the other main reason, is so you can join the Canadian Army, doesn't seem to show that you changed. Especially considering after you got banned, you made my Dev rank in the roster say "Asshole". Broke multiple rules, and did what he wanted without permission, and did things that he was even told multiple times NOT to do. So, I'm saying no.

I agree with you 100% but I am willing to give him one more chance but if he fucks up even the slightest bit he is done.
